What's for Dinner? Italian Sausage Soup!

Thanks to Paula Dean (with some adjustments) - Italian Sausage Soup

2 cups egg noodles (dry)
1 tsp of butter/margarine
1 lb of italian sausage (I like sweet)
1 10oz jar of spaghetti sauce
32oz chicken broth with no msg
1 can of zuccinni in tomato/garlic sauce (Del Monte makes it - LOVE it!)
1 red bell pepper
1 onion chopped
2 carrots sliced thin
3 cloves minced garlic (I use the stuff in the jar so for that about 3 tsp
1 tsp oregano

1.  Cook sausage, onion, carrot, pepper and garlie in dutch oven on med heat until sausage is brown and crumbly (approx 20min) - Drain well
2.  Cook egg noodles according to package, drain and add 1 tsp of butter to keep  from stickin.
3.  Add  chicken broth and spaghetti sauce heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes
4.  Add oregano and can of zuccini heat until warm.
5.  Put noodles in bottom of the bown and ladle soup over top and serve.

Yummy hearty soup for these cold days!
